Purchase Options Cancellation Policy
Auto-Replenishment and Subscription Purchases (Monthly)
Your membership in the Rebalance Subscription program will remain in effect until you cancel, which you may do so at any time. Beginning 28-30 days after your initial order is placed, you will automatically be billed for a fresh 30-day supply of product (with no shipping charge) and tax if applicable. Your order will in most cases ship to you the next business day. You will continue to receive a new monthly shipment as long as you stay a subscribed member in good standing. To cancel future shipments in the Auto-Replenishment Program, you must cancel your subscription at least 1 business day prior to the date that your next monthly shipment is scheduled to be billed in order to not be billed. Accounts canceled the day of a billing will be presented with an option to void that day’s scheduled shipment.
Your Subscription Membership will remain in effect until you cancel by following the cancellation instructions herein. If you have provided us with a valid credit card number or an alternate payment method, each shipment will be automatically processed and the card or applicable payment method you provided us at the time of your initial purchase and enrollment in our program will be charged at the time of each shipment. By proceeding with your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that Rebalance Health, LLC will not obtain additional authorization from you for each future charge associated with the Automatic Replenishment Program. In addition, you do not hold Rebalance Health, LLC responsible for any overdraft charges or fees which you might incur during the ongoing Auto-Replenishment Program.
We may, in our sole discretion, terminate your membership in the Subscription Program at any time without notice to you. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue the supply of Rebalance Health products to any user at any time at our sole discretion. You must provide current, complete, and accurate information for your billing account. You are responsible for ensuring this information is correct and must promptly update all information to keep your billing account current, complete, and accurate (such as a change in billing address, credit card number, or credit card expiration date). You must promptly notify us if your credit card information is cancelled or is no longer valid (for example for loss or theft). Changes to such information can be made bycontactingcustomer servicehereor by calling 1-844-372-1844.

Beginning 85-90 days after your initial order is placed, you will automatically be billed for a fresh 90-day supply. Your order will in most cases ship to you the next business day. You will continue to receive a new monthly shipment if you stay a subscribed member in good standing.
