If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 21 calendar days of purchasing your first order by emailing customer service. Rebalance Health will respond to customers via email within 1 business day of receiving a return request.
Refunds must be requested within 21 calendar days of your first order and apply to your first order only – subsequent orders are excluded. For all subsequent shipments, you may reschedule or cancel at any time in your account.
Once your return request is approved, Rebalance Health will email you a free return shipping label. Customers must ship their return using the provided shipping label, in its original packaging, within 10 business days to be eligible for a full refund.
Within 1 business day of receiving a returned order, Rebalance Health will refund the customer the full cost of the product less shipping, VAT, or duties. Depending on your credit card processor, you may not see the refund for 5-7 business days.
If your refund request is outside of the 21-day guarantee, we are unable to issue a refund or offer credit. Additionally, if you cancel your subscription and reactivate that same subscription at a later date, you are still ineligible for a refund.
